Not so helpful staff!

The staff was exceptionally nice and provided top-notch service. The beds were remarkably comfortable in a particularly good and fabulous room.

The restaurant here was awesome for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes.

This place has a great location for our vacation as it is situated in a wonderful part of the town, the room was absolutely fabulous and extremely spacious accommodating an extra bed for 4, and there is a good pool.

I found the hotel's location marvellous, near to bars to relax by, Hard Rock in the future, and Isla restaurant. The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was beautiful with an extra bed for 4.

Incredible personnel is that the management really need to look at. The hotel boasts secluded location in the Mall of America. The bets part that it's right by Dominican Republic as well as the beach.

Perfect spot for a trip in town! Situated in a great area with lots of fun things to do nearby. You won't go hungry with all the cool restaurants around here 🍔.

The hotel is great and the staff super friendly. Had a Caribbean suite with Jacuzzi in front of the two huge single beds. Great spacious terrace and the bathroom was good.

WLAN / Internet in the room and in the whole area excellent with uncomplicated access. Staff are very friendly and helpful but never pushy. Food, drinks and small snacks are available at any time and well-considered placed.

takes an extremely long time until warm water comes. The interior of the room has become old and partly very worn and does not correspond to the price of the room anymore. All inclusive but not in the nightclub belonging to the hotel I don't quite understand.

We had a fantastic time at Hard Rock Punta Cunta. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities for families and children, ensuring that everyone is entertained. The grounds and rooms were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location, just 20 minutes from the airport, made our travel experience hassle-free. We will definitely be returning to this Hard Rock resort and exploring more of their properties in the future.
